The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with modern white units, coffee maker, toaster, wine storage, microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven. There is also a downstairs wet room with shower & toilet. The Utility Room has a washer, dryer and is fitted with wall and base units. There are a travel cot and high chair available. The entire property benefits from underfloor heating and wi-fi throughout. There is a spacious open plan living room with a wood-burning stove, 48" flatscreen television and Blueray DVD player, comfortable leather sofa and seating, and a dining area, with oak table, and stylish wooden and glass staircase leading to the upper floor.
Upstairs there is a master en-suite bedroom, with king-size bed and flat screen television. There is a second double room and a twin room, both with built-in wardrobes and drawers, plus a third bathroom (with bath). The entire property has been designed with luxury in mind and is maintained to a high standard.
Outside the lounge there is a seating area, as well as a private garden with BBQ and views towards Loch Earn. Just behind the property there is a small park with swings and other climbing frames.
Walking can be enjoyed from your doorstep with the route 7 sustran cycle path running through Lochearnhead. Walk or cycle Glen Ogle to see the panoramic view of Loch Earn towards St Fillans, or for the more energetic there is Ben Vorlich, Ben More and Ben Lawers close by. Lochearnhead plays host to many annual events. The Loch Earn Boat Race, The Black faced Sheep shearing competition and the local Highland games which attract visitors from around the world. Here you can enjoy a great fun day out.
Local wildlife can regularly be seen, the highlight been the Osprey diving for fish on Loch Earn. Deer can be seen grazing in the fields especially in Spring, and if you keep a look out you will see the Buzzard and Golden Eagle on your travels. The David Marshall lodge near Aberfoyle has a viewing area where you can see the birds hatch and feed. The carpet of bluebells at the end of May are a sight to see but keep looking for the Wild Orchid too.

Cycling - Nearby access to the National Cycle Network Route 7 offers cyclists miles of stunning and safe cycle way from Callander to Killin.
Fishing - Permits can be purchased from nearby village shop for both loch and river fishing in the area.
Walking - A number of walks including Stuc a Chroin, Ben Vorlich and Stobinion.
Food and Drink - There are two local bar/ restaurants in Lochearnhead, with many great eateries a short drive away.
