• A decked area offers a super social space, with access from the lounge.
• A large open-plan living/dining area, with gas fire, bar area and pool table is the social hub of the house.
• The kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer, dishwasher is open plan to the living and dining area. The utility room houses the clothes dryer.
• Bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the 2nd floor:

• The master en-suite bedroom has a double bed, bedside units and large built in wardrobe, beautifully finished en-suite with toilet and shower with the added luxury of underfloor heating.
• A twin en-suite bedroom also with underfloor heating and finished to a high standard is also located on the 2nd floor.
• The balcony area has a double bed settee.
• You can access the outside area of the balcony from the second floor.

Heating is by electricity which is included in the weekly tariff.
