The Bothy is a cosy hideaway ideal for one or two people with off road parking for 2 cars.

Sleeps 2 - No Smoking - No Pets 

It is all on one level and has an entrance hall, sittingroom/bedroom (with bed sofa), shower room/wc and kitchen (with gas hob, microwave and fridge). It is heated by electric wall heaters and an electric fire.

The property is situated at the foot of Meall nan Tarmachan and Ben Lawers range of mountains within an area of outstanding scenery. It is located 3 miles east of the village of Killin on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

There are excellent low and high level walks in the area as well as cycling and access to Loch Tay for water sports and fishing.

The near by village of Killin offers a wide range of facilities including; tourist information, National Trust Centre, restaurants, cafe's, food shops, PO, newsagent, outdoor supplies, library and Bank, to name a few.

• If approaching Killin from the West, follow the main road through the village and out, heading towards Aberfeldy on the A827. Pass the Bridge of Lochay Hotel on your left, go over a narrow bridge and continue passed the Golf Course on your right. Continue for approximately 1 ½ miles. The Bothy is on the left-hand side of the road. It is easily recognisable – it is a small white cottage with a bright red door and a brown picket fence running along the front. The turning into the property is just past and to the right of the Bothy through a wooden gate

• If you are approaching Killin from the East on the A827, you will pass the House of Cantel on the left, approximately 5 miles from Lawers Village. Slow down at this point. About 100 yards further on is a narrow bridge. The small white cottage (The Bothy) is just on the other side of this bridge and on the right hand side of the road. The driveway to Creagan House is just past The Bothy
