Creagan House is situated at the foot of Meall nan Tarmachan and Ben Lawers range of mountains within an area of outstanding scenery. It is located 3 miles east of the village of Killin on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

The house enjoys a secluded situation with open views to the south and the Perthshire hills beyond. The house is set in just under one acre of enclosed wooded garden with a waterfall and burn flowing through it. There is off road parking for up to three cars.

The area allows for excellent low and high level walking and cycling and access to Loch Tay for water sports and fishing.

The house comprises:

Ground floor – entrance porch, 3 double bedrooms (one with two single beds), shower room/wc, kitchen (with dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fitted fridge and freezer) and dining room with French doors onto the garden.

First floor – living room with wood burning stove and door onto balcony overlooking waterfall, study/games room, bathroom and forth double bedroom.

The house benefits from oil fired central heating, wireless internet, sky tv and an extensive number of games, books and dvds for the odd rainy day.

How to get there:

• If approaching Killin from the West , follow the main road through the village heading towards Aberfeldy on the A827. Pass the Bridge of Lochay Hotel on your left, go over a narrow bridge and continue past the Golf Course on your right. Continue for approximately 1½ miles. Creagan House is on the left-hand side of the road. It has a brown picket fence running along the front. There is a small white cottage (The Bothy) with a red door at the bottom of the driveway. The turning into the driveway is negotiable by swinging out and across the road before turning. This can be tricky so many folk drive past and turn round 100yds down the road at the House of Cantel. The drive has a gentle incline to begin with and then curves round to the right and becomes slightly steeper.
• If you are approaching Killin from the East on the A827, you will pass the House of Cantel on the left, approximately 5 to 6 miles from Lawers Village . Slow down at this point. About 100 yards further on is a narrow bridge. The small white cottage (The Bothy) is just on the other side of this bridge and on the right hand side of the road. The driveway to Creagan House is just past The Bothy.
