A short easy walk will get you to the Loch side, a restaurant, pub, village shop,Post Office and children's playground.

A large double garage provides secure parking for cycles, motorbikes and cars plus storage of outdoor equipment, with an area to dry those wet outdoor clothes!

The house has a large enclosed private garden at the back, with terraces leading to a flat grassed area and a patio with views ofthe loch and mountains. Note that some areas are not suitable for toddlers unless under supervision.

Lochearnhead is situated in the heart of Scotland, in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. It is a renowned centre for watersports, with opportunities for waterskiing, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, boat hire and fishing. There are numerous opportunities for cycling and walking for all levels within the area and at least 40 golf courses within an hour's drive.

Other useful information - Mallard Cross is non-smoking house. Prices are variable depending on season but include linen, towels, electricity and gas. Changeover date is on a Saturday but short breaks are available at certain times of the year. Motorcyclists are welcome.
